    Being a plug and play solution we utilise the spaces on offer. This space may be a basement tenant only gym, large terrace area, outdoor space etc.

    We can offer programs to suit the needs of your tenants and the building. For instance, individual personal training programs and group fitness classes (whole building or organisation specific).
