SMALL GROUP CLASSES

Our small group training sessions are designed to ensure that a personalised approach is upheld. 


At Active Heads, you are not just a number; with a maximum of six in a class at any one time. 


Our key focus is to create, at the convenience of your preferred location, an injury-free training environment where our coaches have a detailed understanding of each participant, hence our requirement that everyone undertakes an initial assessment.

At Active Heads, our youth training programs are designed build strength, enhance motor control, optimise neural pathways, and reduce the risk of future injury. 


We also endeavour to assist in the development of sound exercise and fitness habits, while building self-esteem and confidence.
